Epoxy Primers are mainly applied to provide a strong foundation to entire coating system. It is generally considered to be a coating that improves the adhesion and more importantly, the performance of the topcoat coating.

LIST OF EPOXY PRIMERS:

• EPOLIQ P301/H123 – Epoxy Zinc Phosphate Primer.
  • Two-pack Polyamide – Polyamine adduct cured air-drying epoxy composition with anti-corrosive red oxide and zinc phosphate pigments. It is mainly used for protection of structural steel, equipments, conveyors, storage tanks etc., from chemical and saline environments.
  • Shades available: Red oxide, light grey, White
  • Mixing ratio : 3:1 by volume.

• EPOLIQ P93/H39 – High Build Epoxy Zinc Phosphate Primer.
  • Two component high build epoxy polyamide-polyamine adduct cured air-drying with red oxide and zinc phosphate pigments. It is formulated to protect clean or pretreated metal, which is exposed to corrosive environments.
  • Shades available: Red oxide, light grey, White
  • Mixing ratio : 3:1 by volume.

• EPOLIQ P301/H123 – Epoxy Zinc Rich Primer.
  • Two component, organic zinc rich primer for structural steel and other carbon steel surfaces which is to be exposed to severe environments.
  • Shades available:Grey
  • Mixing ratio : 3:1 by volume.

• EPOLIQ P301/H123 – Epoxy Zinc Chromate Primer.
  • Two-pack Polyamide – Polyamine adduct cured air-drying epoxy composition with anti-corrosive Zinc Chromate Pigments. The red version contains red iron oxide apart from zinc chromate.
  • Shades available:Yellow, Red oxide
  • Mixing ratio : 3:1 by volume.

Epoxy Enamel is applied over epoxy primers and provides corrosion protection along with aesthetic appearance and desired finish. Shades as per IS-5, RAL, & BS standards are available.

• EPOLIQ E201/H123 – Epoxy Enamel.
  • A high performance two-component Polyamide – Polyamine adduct cured air drying epoxy glossy enamel. Excellent resistance to industrially polluted chemical atmosphere.

  • Mixing ratio: 2:1 by volume.

• EPOLIQ G321/H123 – Epoxy Enamel in Semi glossy and Matt finishes.
  • A high performance two-component Polyamide – Polyamine adduct cured air drying epoxy Enamel.
  • Finish: Semi Glossy, Matt.
  • Mixing ratio: 3:1 by volume.

• EPOLIQ E903/H309 – High Build Epoxy Enamel.
  • A high solids, high build, fast drying polyamide-polyamine cured designed to protect steel and concrete in industrial exposures.
  • Finish: Glossy.
  • Mixing ratio: 3:1 by volume.

Epoxy Intermediate coat is applied where very superior corrosion resistance and high DFT is required. It is a sandwich coat between primer and top coat

• EPOLIQ G321/H123 – Epoxy Intermediate MIO
  • A two component epoxy polyamide-polyamine cured intermediate coat reinforced with lamellar micaceous iron oxide pigment for barrier protection.
  • Shades available:Grey / Brown.
  • Mixing ratio : 3:1 by volume

Coal tar epoxy coatings are excellently resistant towards alkaline attack and are used on structural steel and other structural materials, which is highly corrosive in nature. It has good resistance to corrosion in marine atmosphere and subsoil conditions.

• FIBROSEAL TA11/AC21 – Epoxy Coaltar
  • A two component high solids coaltar coating designed to combine the toughness, adhesion and chemical resistance of epoxy resin with water resistance of coaltar.
  • Shades available:Black & Brown
  • Mixing ratio :1:2 by volume 1:1 by volume

• FIBROSEAL BR22/AU22 – High Build Polyurethane Coaltar
  • A two component high build epoxy polyurethane coaltar having very good toughness and water resistance used for protection of steel and concrete in a broad variety of aggressive industrial environment.
  • Shades available:Brown
  • Mixing ratio :1:1 by volume

These top coats are highly durable and have superior corrosion resistance, UV resistance, chemical resistance when compared to other top coats. Shades as per IS-5, RAL, & BS standards are available.

Our list of Polyurethane Top Coat:

• KITHANE AU921/HU129:
  • A Two Pack Aliphatic Acrylic Polyurethane enamel designed for use in protecting surface against corrosive environment and exposure to UV. It has excellent gloss and colour retention properties.
  • Finish: Glossy.
  • Mixing ratio: 9:1 by volume.

• KITHANE UE602/HU206:
  • A two pack epoxy polyurethane finish air drying coating having excellent mechanical and chemical resistance.
  • Finish: Glossy / semiglossy
  • Mixing ratio: 3:1 by volume.

• KHAMIR ACW 802:
  • It is fast dry single pack aliphatic acrylic polyurethane coating designed for use in protecting surface against corrosive environment and exposure to UV.
  • Finish: Glossy / semiglossy

Texturing of coatings, or spattering, is a process of achieving a special effect of raised particles of different size and dimension on the substrate. The purpose of texturing is:

  • One component polyurethane fast dry top coat with texture finish.

Alkyd coating systems are one pack multipurpose coatings that protects steel in moderate corrosive atmosphere. Our range includes primers (Zinc Phosphate / Zinc Chromate), Top coats in glossy and semi glossy finishes. Shades as per IS-5, RAL, & BS standards are available.

These coatings are designed to be applied over surfaces with minimal surface preparation. They are suitable when conventional surface preparation techniques are not possible, and can be used on steel and concrete surfaces for protection against corrosive environments in the industry.

• CORRAKSHAK MN 111:
  • It is ready to use single component product, which can be applied after minimum surface preparation. It is used as a primer as well as top coat for protection against corrosion of metallic structures.
  • Shades available: Aluminium.

  • One pack aliphatic polyurethane lacquer – glossy finish. It has excellent uv resistance. It is fast dry so object can be put to use in short time. It can be coated on brass and copper objects so they will not oxidise

• Epoliq L101/H123:
  • Two Pack epoxy lacquer mainly used as a protection layer, the shade is pale yellow and glossy finish.
